Add some Everlys harmonies & some generous spoonfuls of Elvis & African-American Rawk Pioneers to that EarlyBeatles formula - but I'll spare you more Beatlemania just now...

When I starting noting perceived influences for each Beatles song, I was struck how much the Everlys influenced them; even more so for radio/live tracks, many of which were Everly Brothers covers.

Also interesting how even up to Abbey Road, Buddy was still an influence on some of their songs. ("Here Comes The Sun" ◄ "Maybe Baby", "Polythene Pam" ◄ "Peggy Sue")

Sounds perfect, people watching can be so interesting. My mom loved doing that whenever we took family visitors to Niagara Falls. Washed out roads, forgot to put my towel back in the bathroom/laundry room when I took a shower, which has no door because the dryer can't get in with it on, Erin crying for almost 3 hours because of the storm at 5:30 this morning, no internet during the storm, power flickers, it's been a wild day.
