It is produced by David Weinstein and Outpost Artists Resources operating out of the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY, where you'll find more yellow bricks than on the road to Oz and the cemetery of your choice is never more than a few blocks from home.

Day four, and as of 3 minutes ago, I have finally straightened out my food stamp mess (now, to just wait for approval etc).

David, please be so kind as to erase all traces of that mind-immobilizing hold music. Use your aural steel wool if you have to, I can lose some neurons to eliminate any trace of that hold loop....

I tried when I was in school, but, I didn't have time to be on hold, so, i had to wait until i had some 'free' time (that should be used to apply for work) to be places on hold, talk to human, be place on hold. have call dropped, and repeat the next day...

Last friday was 6 hours and dropped. Monday was 3 hours, then 2 hours of the 'customer assistance' person putzing around, then transferring me to the senior tier, and then 2 hours of hold and dropped. Today, just 1.5 hours of hold, sped track to the top senior tier of assitance, then 4 hours of hold..., then, solution.. (i was too dead tuesday to try, yesterday).
