Nov 1981. I didnโt even know that Fripp infamously sat down during concerts. All was a revelation for this 16 year old. Finally seeing Bruford (a drum hero) was magnificent. Loved that Bruford came up front to play the wooden drum for that Sheltering Sky.
And Mr Belew , well he Blew me away (see what I did there ?๐). Levin on stick bass !
Nostalgia = great memories.
Thanks Wendy.

The language of Vout, and its applications as a discrete melloroonee abstraction.
The abstract: Odiggitt, with the flat foot floogie and the floy, floy; get a cement-mixer (puttee, puttee), add some groove-juice (oreenee), and mix a little essence of scootie-sparrow-McReenee in there. Then you get an avocado, tie a piece of string through it, nail it to the ceiling and let it vout for a while. The most important thing is, don't worry about things you can't do anything about. VOUTMissing data.

If anyone is curious to hear jaw-dropping A Cappella renditions of said progressive band, try Petra Hadenโs engrossing cornucopia of a-cappella tunes. Once I start listening to her versions, I find it impossible to leave her beguiling sounds for daze !
