She wanted to take me to Hawaii on a Rascals family trip in '67. My Dad said no way. I was 8 or 9 years old. If I had been allowed to go I would've been there when "It's A Beautiful Morning" was written. I haven't seen Anna since my Uncle Sal's funeral in Garfield in 2005 or 06.

He did it as a pre-req. to becoming an inmate counselor which was what he had his degree in. He always said the guards are as much prisoners (mentally) as the prisoners are, except he gets to go home each night (hopefully). Lives in Buffalo now.
