What Robm said and NJ/NY are screwing it up. All of the dispos here are owned by corporate entities (Curaleaf by a Russian oligarch). They were supposed to set aside licenses for minoritries and ex-cannabis offenders. Sticking with black market until that happens. Dispo flower quality is also horrendous and overpriced.
Avatar 7:20am

NYC rejected most "low level" applicants trying to go legal and are cleaning out all the illicit dispensaries to make way for corporate weed. At this point I'd say grow your own if you can.

Absolutely. Mixed feelings about the NYC situation because on one hand, yes it takes power away from the people. On the other, you have no idea what's in those vape carts or if the flower was grown with rock salt, PGRs, or pesticides.

The common winter gulls around DC are Ring-billed, Herring, and Great Black-backed. Uncommon species are Bonaparte's and Lesser-Black-backed. Rare ones include Iceland and Glaucous and lingering Laughing. As I said, we only saw the 3 common species. All the eagles made up for that.
