They were supposed to set aside licenses for minoritries and ex-cannabis offenders. Sticking with black market until that happens. Dispo flower quality is also horrendous and overpriced.

We were at the top of the Chesapeake Bay. 6 eagles were perched in two trees, and several hundred yards away 6 more eagles were perched in other trees. Rare ones include Iceland and Glaucous and lingering Laughing. As I said, we only saw the 3 common species. All the eagles made up for that.
