But the song has been used on TV shows several times, sometimes performed by other artists. It is definitely a great tune and worthy of getting stuck in your head.

	6:56am dday: Fingers crossed that the heating contractors will show up on Wed. Furnace still won't be repaired as their coming to diagnose the problem. Of course, I already know the problem so basically they're coming to bill me $170.00. As someone who spent a career in the electrical service field, I'm disappointed in today's methodology of "service." Company's don't listen to the customer as well as they should, and there's no sense of urgency or priority. We'll see.

It cost me $135 for the diagnostic service but they dropped that charge if I got the repair done there and then. Believe it or not, it was reasonable. Could the furnace people drop the $170 if they do the repair? (As long as they don’t tack it on to the repair cost.) Just an idea.

There's no real reason to replace the entire furnace BUT if I decided to do that, they would then send out one of their "comfort specialists" (salesman) at no charge to give me a price on that. Never in my years of service did we operate like that. I'm stuck though. Local company's "don't work on mobile homes" even though my home is not truly a mobile, it's an 80's manufactured. No typical mobile home skirt or wheels left on etc. It's on a concrete pad (super clean crawl space under it as I vacuum it twice per year) and it's plated to a raised block foundation. The company that is coming from an hour away has no issues with mobile home work. IMO the locals are missing out on revenue as there are lots of both mobile & manufactured homes in the area. Spoiled, new work only types locally. When times get tough in construction they're leaving business cards on my door.

Usually, bands that ooze their art school roots sort of urk me, come off as pretentious and overdo it, but I really enjoy that 1981 Lawns album. It's like a woman version of Booji Boy almost with her warbly vocals. The story behind 'Janitor' is funny.

	8:00am dday: "Hits" are the worst indicator of whether a band is "good." Of course, "good" is subjective. Deeper dives into their catalogs give one the better picture

	6:56am dday: Fingers crossed that the heating contractors will show up on Wed. Furnace still won't be repaired as their coming to diagnose the problem. Of course, I already know the problem so basically they're coming to bill me $170.00. As someone who spent a career in the electrical service field, I'm disappointed in today's methodology of "service." Company's don't listen to the customer as well as they should, and there's no sense of urgency or priority. We'll see.

It cost me $135 for the diagnostic service but they dropped that charge if I got the repair done there and then. Believe it or not, it was reasonable. Could the furnace people drop the $170 if they do the repair? (As long as they don’t tack it on to the repair cost.) Just an idea.

There's no real reason to replace the entire furnace BUT if I decided to do that, they would then send out one of their "comfort specialists" (salesman) at no charge to give me a price on that. Never in my years of service did we operate like that. I'm stuck though. Local company's "don't work on mobile homes" even though my home is not truly a mobile, it's an 80's manufactured. No typical mobile home skirt or wheels left on etc. It's on a concrete pad (super clean crawl space under it as I vacuum it twice per year) and it's plated to a raised block foundation. The company that is coming from an hour away has no issues with mobile home work. IMO the locals are missing out on revenue as there are lots of both mobile & manufactured homes in the area. Spoiled, new work only types locally. When times get tough in construction they're leaving business cards on my door.
