Gaylord - this was breakfast on Xmas morning in our house for 20 years, so please enjoy whenever:

EASY SOUFFLE

3 cups French bread
3 cups ham, cubed
1/2 pound Old English cheese, cubed
3 tbsp flour + 1 tbsp dry mustard
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 eggs
3 cups milk mixed with a few drops of Tabasco

Layer in casserole; starting with bread, then ham, cheese, 1/3 of the flour and 1 tbsp butter. Slightly beat eggs and milk. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 8
