Frank says he signed the band to his new label after Alice Cooper (the band) cleared the room with their performance, at a gig in L.A. He also said as far as the band's look, they were just another band from Phoenix until his babysitter (and the woman crawling out of the crypt on the Hot Rats LP cover) Christine Frka, dressed them up.

Mef was also the host of Sunrise Soiree on WNTI Centenary College Radio back then.

She was in The Partners, then fronted her band Mercury Blues & played as a duo with late Partners member Angela Adams as a duo & also as a solo performer. Mef was also the host of Sunrise Soiree on WNTI Centenary College Radio back then.
