I had culichi sauce for the first time, last week and it was amazing. It's a poblano sauce made with crema, avocado and other things. I had it on chicken but it's most commonly served on shrimp. It's not widely known north of the border, based on the relatively few recipes, and those recipes' lack of agreement.

First learning of label Inu Wan Wan which is Japanese for Dog Bark, or maybe Barking Dog. According to the bandcap page, based in Seattle, each of the 3 releases list from musicians of different nationality or perhaps cultural backgrounds since don't know details on the performers.

Gary, I really do. I can ask Jay McDowell if he'll be around when you can give me the dates. Jay is one of the people there and a former member of BR5-49. He's a super guy. He might be able to show you around. My experience was greatly enhanced. His significant other is Julea Thomerson, formerly of Diesel Smoke and Dangerous Curves on Ichiban. I also recommend the Country Music Museal and Hall of Fame where Julea used to work.

Speaking of the peculiarities of that Al Jackson kit, there's some visible water damage from a roof leak at Stax, and a screw whole in the bottom of the kick drum where they fixed it to the floor. It's kind of beat...but that's not from bad storage, that's how it was on all these records.
