I think of him every day when the cats are sweet and loving and also when they fight and tear at each other. … All these people from our lives who have passed on leave us with something. Our memories of them become part of our living moments. Crazy how the mind works. Thank God for those memories.

I went through the whole exercise: relaxing my body, letting go of some tension and thoughts and unhelpful emotions, blowing them out, and breathing clarity and relaxation in. What a way to begin a work day with the sun much higher in the sky!
