wow, that orchestra performance is a great concept. A really great way to make classical performance more engaging for the modern masses. I love soundtrack music and that would be really cool.

Nosferatu is a pretty popular one for live scoring, usually pipe organ. I remember Pere Ubu doing some movies. It Came From Outer Space and Carnival Of Souls, I think.

There's some other group that does that stuff a lot...Bertolucci Youth or something like that.

@Ultradamno, I actually saw Nosferatu at BAM with a live piano score. It was an intimate screening, about 20-50 people in attendance, I think. Everyone gave a round of applause at the end.
