They are currently swarming and getting ready to lay eggs on the exact same type of tree that the town home complex down the road planted over and over again. Your segment makes me wonder if it is the tree of heaven.
They are grouped together in clusters of 15 to 20 all the way up and down the trunk of the tree and in the places where the branches shoot out.
