	10:42am Stork: I KNEW this must be Gunther Schickert without looking - though I've never heard this album before! Great stuff.
	🥁 10:44am Listener Gregory: @hyde, just checked, and the Rothko Chapel seems to be back in business. The renovations went way over schedule. I read a book called Pictures & Tears, about when people cry in response to art, and the author reported that an informal survey found that the Rothko Chapel generated more crying than any other artwork. So that will be a challenge for me.
	10:47am Jeff Golick: What was in the water in Germany in the early/mid-70s? Whatever it was, it generated some amazing music.

	🥁 10:52am DJpeterDE: Re Germany in 70s, I came to Can’s Tagomago only recently. Better late than never! German film was amazing in the 70s too. Maybe has something to do with grappling with history? Even for musicians?
	10:53am Jeff Golick: @DJpeterDE: history is definitely in the mix. I watched a really striking German film (recommended to me by Jeff Jackson), about a woman who is trying to drink herself to death...can't recall the title at the mo...

	10:56am Stork: Überfällig was the first album of his I heard (thank you, Rich Hazelton). This is great soundtrack music for riding my bike around the nature preserves here, baked, natch. He uses so many nature sounds, I would have to take my headphones off to know what was actually around me and what was on Schickert's tapes.

	🥁 10:44am Listener Gregory: @hyde, just checked, and the Rothko Chapel seems to be back in business. The renovations went way over schedule. I read a book called Pictures & Tears, about when people cry in response to art, and the author reported that an informal survey found that the Rothko Chapel generated more crying than any other artwork. So that will be a challenge for me.
