I have a black brace now that I can remove when I shower. I have consultation for physical therapy on Monday and will start soon thereafter. It was really sore today when he had me try to move it different ways. I didn't like having the cast off yet. So, brace is good!!

I have a black brace now that I can remove when I shower. I have consultation for physical therapy on Monday and will start soon thereafter. It was really sore today when he had me try to move it different ways. I didn't like having the cast off yet. So, brace is good!!
