Gary, this is the very first music I have ever heard on your show that I actually own. I think you may be falling down on the job!

Dean:

My own "Mom reacts" story has to do with the Hair OST, which I acquired when I was 9 or 10. Playing on the family room record player, a track begins, "Sodomy, fellatio, cunnilingus..." and so forth. With moderate urgency my mom walks into the room from the kitchen. "What is that?!" "It's the Hair soundtrack, mom." "Oh...okay." And that was all.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:47pm
Gary:

Mom took my sister and me to see The Fantasticks, and I reminded her about that a few days ago, but she doesn't recall it

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:48pm
Zipperhead7:

Ha ha Dean -- we had that record, and my dad was playing it one evening. "If your mother would listen to the lyrics she would have a fit," he laughed
  8:50pm
Dean:

I mean, my 11yo daughter knows Cardi B lyrics by heart.

We (parents, Americans) can be such monumental hypocrites.

The Hair experience prompted my buddy (who saw the live show when he was 8) and I to investigate their dictionary entries.
