	8:44pm Dean: My own "Mom reacts" story has to do with the Hair OST, which I acquired when I was 9 or 10. Playing on the family room record player, a track begins, "Sodomy, fellatio, cunnilingus..." and so forth. With moderate urgency my mom walks into the room from the kitchen. "What is that?!" "It's the Hair soundtrack, mom." "Oh...okay." And that was all.

Allin's gittarist ...so much territory had already been broached I didn't have to ...still my Mom is one who puts the Fun in Fundamentalism in some respects. She's 90 this year after all.

	9:03pm Dean: This is not how I would have responded. My maternal view of Björk's work is pointedly critical. I don't hear her as "art pop," but as an example of the excesses of New Wave.

	9:34pm tim abdellah: I'm a latecomer to the Captain too. Finally got bit hard by the bug about 10 years back. Connected the dots for me between some of my 80s faves: Camper Van Beethoven, Robyn Hitchcock, and Tom Waits.

	9:44pm Zipperhead7: I remember hearing the Coldcut remix of this in a dance club and the crowd rippled back and forth like a field of wheat in the wind
	🇰🇷 9:48pm Listener Gregory: Chuck D (I hope that's the right guy) really shouts and enunciates his lyrics, so you can actually understand them. Modern hip-hop often sounds like a foreign language to me, with the occasional word jumping out of the stream.

Playing on the family room record player, a track begins, "Sodomy, fellatio, cunnilingus..." and so forth. With moderate urgency my mom walks into the room from the kitchen. "What is that?!" "It's the Hair soundtrack, mom." "Oh...okay." And that was all.
