Stepped out into the hallway, i saw something green on the floor, i bent down and saw that it was a Katiedid. Pick it up and placed it in the palm of my hand thinking it was dead. then suddenly three of its little legs began to twitch in pain as it was slowly dying, it's legs clinched up and came to rest. I know it was just a bug but watching the life leaving its little bug body was kind of symbolic of all the increasing deaths and sicknesses that are constantly being tallied up these days was depressing to me. I brought it inside my room and tried to revive it with some cool water but to no avail. It's kind of funny how a unexpected moment like a Katiedid dying in the palm of your hand can invoke feeling
