It made me think for a moment about pop music and the difficulty of what he was trying to achieve in 1966, staggering. Kip, oddly enough I listened to Live At Leeds last night after work and Blue Cheer totally rocks but Moon and The Ox give it the edge for me. Their version is a monster.

	🥁 5:47pm Discotech Underground: One of these days I need to play the 14 minute "My Generation" jam from Live At Leeds...that thing is just amazing.

	🥁 5:49pm Discotech Underground: Clark-I have found numerous copies of Live At Leeds with different pieces of the paperwork missing...and I have been able to put together a few different sets so when I find a clean LP I can drop the paperwork in and have a complete package. There were twelve inserts total.

Better version of I’m A Man, Yardbirds or The Who? The Yardbirds at first, easily. But after the 1:00 mark, The Who version kicks into overdrive and just crushes. Listen towards the end for Moon’s animal shriek as the song basically explodes.

The first half is a "Happy Hour" of sorts (because it's five o'clock somewhere, right?), spinning the kinds of sounds you might have heard at a real, authentic 1960's DISCOTECH as cool cats and swingin' chicks danced the night away in their mod threads and mini skirts to hard-driving sounds under the flashing lights! The only thing missing are the cage dancers...but we're working on it!

The second half is for when you head home after a wild night, and ease in with the heady, trippy, mind-expanding sounds of a groovy free-form UNDERGROUND rock radio station that digs deep into their library and blows your mind all over again!

It made me think for a moment about pop music and the difficulty of what he was trying to achieve in 1966, staggering. Kip, oddly enough I listened to Live At Leeds last night after work and Blue Cheer totally rocks but Moon and The Ox give it the edge for me. Their version is a monster.
