I have a bunch of Wax Trax CDs from the days I was listening to nothing but industrial, which was practically throughout the 90's and the early 00's. And I have some impressive releases therein:

Coil - Love's Secret Domain
Doubting Thomas (Skinny Puppy side project) - The Infidel & s/t EP
1000 Homo DJ's - Supernaut EP
And a few Frontline Assembly releases, among others.

I'd heard of Underworld when they released their very first album in 1989. Back then, they had a different sound, more New Wave-ish. I wasn't fully into them until "Trainspotting" became a cult classic later that decade.
