I also, somewhere have a couple of WFMU pens (swag) that have moving characters; one pen is of the Skynrd plane crashing.

There was a once popular nightclub in Trenton, NJ, called City Gardens that constantly booked hardcore acts. There were certain acts that became so popular with the hardcore crowds that they were booked constantly on a monthly basis. The Dictators was among those acts. I have "punkcards", basically promo flyers printed on color postcards, from the 90's, announcing shows headlined by a host of hardcore "elite". The club was also lucky enough to book some of alt-rock's emerging stars like Soundgarden, Faith No More, RHCP, and Nirvana.

David, 40 years ago I’d have to play with wires hooked up to my boom box to get the signal. I lived about 45 miles away from PRB, but 1 mile to FMU transmitter.
Used to park right next to the FMU transmitter in my windowless race van, and listen and make out with my girl at the time.
