And definitely don't forget important check-ups. One of the things that got biopsied after an annual skin examination came back as abnormal, though it's not even precancerous. Doctors will take care of it routinely, and that will be the end of it.

Great turnout, and everyone seemed to have a great time. Such a pleasure being with people who are knowledgeable because I certainly don't have much knowledge about birds, and of course it was cool being out there with DJ Trouble too.

Great news on the importance of routine checkups.
Also I’m so glad to hear an excellent report from the birding outing this weekend. It sounds like it was a lot of fun and full of cool discoveries things to knowledgeable people.

There were like roughly 20 people at the birding event. Really nice turnout. I really hope we do more, especially because there are other interesting spots in the general NYC area, which would also give some other people a chance to come if they were busy or too far away.
It was funny flipping on the radio at 10 a.m. to do exercise time with Roger while I was getting plenty of exercise that morning, especially because I biked all the way to the park.

Waking up on a Monday morning...
On a Monday morning, a mother went in to wake up her son.
"Wake up son. It's time to got to school!"
"But mom, I don't want to go."
"Give me two reasons why."
"Well, the kids hate me, and the teachers hate me too!"
"That's no reason. Come now get ready."
"Give me two reasons why I should go?"
"Well for one you are 52 years old. And for another, you're the principal!".

Happy to bring out the Daybreak Crew to Purgatory on Sat night. We laughed and rocked in that order. Glad to be your raffle minion to.
We ended up dancing all the rest of the night Saturday into Sunday at Wild Birds in Brooklyn though much closer to Prospect Park.
I’ll email you a pick of the music set up there. It was crazy, super funky and so much fun!

"I Took a Trip on a Gemini Spaceship"—a strange and celestial LSD-trip-style satire of the Van Heusen/Mercer tune "I Thought About You"—was covered by longtime fan David Bowie on his Heathen album. Odam, who was largely oblivious to Bowie's fandom of his work, returned the compliment by recording his version of "Space Oddity".
Bowie himself said that the term "stardust" in "Ziggy Stardust" is taken from The Legendary Stardust Cowboy.[12]
On a live online chatroom in his own ISP, BowieNet, Bowie was asked where he had discovered the Legendary Stardust Cowboy, to which he replied: "When I first joined Mercury Records in the late 60s, he was one of the only other artists they had. And they gave me his entire catalogue, which at the time was three singles. I immediately fell in love with his music. Well actually, the IDEA of his music. As the music itself wasn't too recognizable as being such."[13]
Bowie has often mentioned his love for Odam's music.[14]

I want to show off my classroom.
I’ve been pulling together a high school Shangri-La with:
-two gigantic oppositional murals,
interlocking tables
-comfortable back and rump cushion chairs,
soft lighting,
and very realistic looking fake plants scattered throughout.
More to come, but coming along well!
