Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

Just never forget, no matter how bad things might get, WE are the ones listening to YOUR program, not vice versa. You can never sink lower than the rest of us who don't even HAVE any program except the one playing in our head.

Dean:
Omar Khorshid, age unreported, Arabian guitarist, was killed recently in an automobile accident near the Gaza Pyramids outside Cairo. He performed at the White House in 1979 to help celebrate the signing of the American-sponsored Camp David peace between Egypt and Israel.
Khorshid's music was popular with Egyptians throughout the world.
He is survived by his wife, who was also injured.

i couldn't read that article because of the wall street journal's greed, by the way (want's me to sign in or subscribe)
