I just woke up so I'm kind of out of it right now, but I must share this story with you: The first time the The B-52's played in Los Angles was at a club in Chinatown called Madame Wongs. My girlfriend and I went, and of course it was fantastic beyond belief. David Byrne was skulking around in the corners so I told my girlfriend to go up and talk to him. I was watching the encounter from my seat and David got this horrified look on his face and ran away. My girlfriend came back to her seat with a shit eating grin on her face. I asked her what she said to him, but she wouldn't tell me! She never did and to this day I still don't know. But knowing her it was probably something really filthy. That girl had a dirty mouth. About a week later I saw them in a basketball gym at UCLA for two dollars. My girlfriend decided to stay home.

I just woke up so I'm kind of out of it right now, but I must share this story with you: The first time the The B-52's played in Los Angles was at a club in Chinatown called Madame Wongs. My girlfriend and I went, and of course it was fantastic beyond belief. David Byrne was skulking around in the corners so I told my girlfriend to go up and talk to him. I was watching the encounter from my seat and David got this horrified look on his face and ran away. My girlfriend came back to her seat with a shit eating grin on her face. I asked her what she said to him, but she wouldn't tell me! She never did and to this day I still don't know. But knowing her it was probably something really filthy. That girl had a dirty mouth. About a week later I saw them in a basketball gym at UCLA for two dollars. My girlfriend decided to stay home.
