I saw that one first-the pork shoulder in the recipe was what I found intimidating-leaning towards small ribs.
We have close friends, very Italian families, pre-pandemic they had us over for Christmas dinner with family and made the most amazing gravy, ribs, meatballs, sausage, that's the picture I have in my head...
