Oh yeah! Landed on my face after being doored by a cab on my bike, tooth broke through my mouth (part is still in my face) and I was healed, scarless, in a week! Generic Neosporin!

if the scar is on your face, it will eventually disappear on its own, as the face is very vascular. I had a bike accident once that ripped off 1/3 of my face. 1.5 years later, no scar tissue remained (the first 6 months I did look dastartly).
