	4:44pm Marie: Just tuning in--I was really disappointed in Licorice Pizza. I felt like it was a movie in search of a meaningful story, plot. Like it was an excuse to just present/string together these separate vignettes, which can be great if there's a lot of there there but I didn't see a lot of there there...Like it was written more so the author could show some separate ideas/scenes. SoCal, Hollywood in the 70s and before? I loved Boogie Nights

	4:44pm Marie: Just tuning in--I was really disappointed in Licorice Pizza. I felt like it was a movie in search of a meaningful story, plot. Like it was an excuse to just present/string together these separate vignettes, which can be great if there's a lot of there there but I didn't see a lot of there there...Like it was written more so the author could show some separate ideas/scenes. SoCal, Hollywood in the 70s and before? I loved Boogie Nights
