That must be why you acquired it so cheaply a quarter century ago. (Just kidding, totally made that last sentence up -- though might be true!)

	12:58pm McGroovey: I was watching some video of a live Buzzcocks show from last year, so no Shelley, and Diggle [autocorrect wants his name to be Duffle] sings all the songs. That's fine. Sure, he's kind of a good ball, and he doesn't sing like Pete, but it's good he's still doing it. But what I didn't like was the bass player. He was playing like the lamest lazy cover band bass player: mostly root notes, no attempt at all to play the cool melodic bass "runs and fills" on the old Buzzcocks songs. When I saw them in Rochester in 2000, the bass playing was excellent, and it was the drummer who didn't measure up to the original. (The current drummer plays fine.)

Both magnetism and adhesion can make things stick together. But adhesion is based on normal intermolecular forces (sometimes chemistry too), and magnetism on - guess what - magnetic fields.

Sure, he's kind of a good ball, and he doesn't sing like Pete, but it's good he's still doing it. But what I didn't like was the bass player. He was playing like the lamest lazy cover band bass player: mostly root notes, no attempt at all to play the cool melodic bass "runs and fills" on the old Buzzcocks songs. When I saw them in Rochester in 2000, the bass playing was excellent, and it was the drummer who didn't measure up to the original. (The current drummer plays fine.)
