LiXiviated Life:
“The whispering air—even the mute crops,
garner’d apples, corn,
Children’s and women’s tones—
rhythm of many a farmer and of flail,
And old man’s garrulous lips among the rest,
Think not we give out yet,
Forth from these snowy hairs we keep up yet the lilt.”

I never knew that is JTP. For some reason I thought it was Darren and left it alone because I thought it was about wrestling.

I was just saying that a few years ago, I described WFMU bookkeeper Kelly Jones's looks in a way that was flattering in my mind because I find that look attractive, but it had connotations that people took offense to, so I'm trying to be more careful these days.

Have you been caught up in the fallout of books like 33 Snowfish?
Listener Robert:
That'd be an example of "éclat" in a cartoon. As in, "Suddenly, a shot rang out!" But you might ALSO see such a balloon saying "BUY THIS NOW!" in a store window or on a box.
Heidee:
Loved the show, Carol, bye all. x
