Then I listened to a number of his best songs. He’s underrated
Oddly I watched marathon amounts of Monkees docs and interviews the weekend before.
Spooky
No premonition. It was Get Back that put me in the mood.

Women who could reliably type whole page without white out got jobs as secretaries. Men who could reliably type a whole page without errors were assumed to be gay.
It was another era.

Funny you should play that FB3 track. It just popped into my head this past week for some reason and spurred my curiosity on to finding out what other acts have done covers of same said song (besides the Go-Go's) courtesy of the Second Hand Songs site.

Yeah, I heard about that back before the Hellraiser marathon thinking it had something to do with the station directly, If it refers to what I'm thinking it is (a drainage system?), I'm betting the city may have had a hand in funding it.

side note - are cd’s from the 90’s worth money these days?
TonyR:

I still buy CDs, for the same reason (in reverse) that I still bought LPs in the '90s: new CDs are cheaper than new LPs, and used CDs are really cheap.

In about 1991 I bought clean copies of every pre-1990 Neil Young album for a total of $15, because everyone was dumping their perfect LPs to replace them with CDs (except the 2 or 3 that Neil refused to reissue).
My teenage daughter wants to know why didn't but all the Queen albums then also.
