	2/14/18 5:24pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever): Nope, but I'd been doing it (combining records and TV's and noises and). But it didn't begin until the moment it did, with not one second of forethought. It was a Bill Cosby record skipping that pushed me over into knowing what was now happening.

	5:00pm Listener Robert: There's a whole music genre called "ambient".
	5:01pm Listener Robert: But I don't know whether that's because it's INTENDED as ambient, like Muzak, or DERIVED from ambient (like this) or faux-ambient sound.
	5:02pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever): This wasn't entirely derived from ambient. Many of the sources used in today's were rock songs, but I picked out the interesting bits to rearrange into this sound.
	5:03pm Listener Robert: The Wikipedia entry says "Ambient" goes back to Eno, who I recall was either sampled or invoked here.
	5:04pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever): I use things Eno produced, like loops of intros to U2 or Talking Heads songs
	5:07pm Listener Robert: As to the drums, I don't recall a frantic passage with them. More like the sound of rain falling off roofs and stuff into pots and stuff, sounding chaotic but soothing.
	5:08pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever): My friend said the same thing - sounded like rain on roofs.
	5:11pm Listener Robert: Ever see and hear those kinetic sculptures that create various percussive sounds at different intervals from things falling onto things? Somewhat like those too.
