	♥ 9:58am Stephen O: Tom, when i started running back in my 30’s my back pain and insomnia fairly quickly disappeared. When my knees gave in in my 40’s it all came back. What has worked for me is spending just a couple of minutes every day being upside-down. Headstands, handstands, hanging from the monkey bars, whatever you can do. I feel your pain. That’s a terrible cycle to be stuck in.
