	3:55pm rx scabin: I was working as a bartender, and the dishwasher came out after finishing and asked for a shot of tequila. I served it. She drank it and said that tequila made her fight. No one else was in the bar, thank G-d. Also, she liked me but could have easily beaten the crap out of me if she wanted to.

	4:01pm JakeGould: Hey Suzy! If this is any commiseration, I lived for 13-ish years on Atlantic Avenue (down the block from Hank’s Saloon) and my landlords were jerks. I lived on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building and the roof drain would always get clogged up with leaves and crap. So I climbed up the fire escape to the roof all of the time to unclog it — so water wouldn’t come through my ceiling — and my landlord always chastised me about it. I grew up in Brooklyn. I am a city kid. Modern landlords don’t care. I’ll climb the roof to stop a lake of rainwater forming above my living room.

Here to share the tips on the subject if there is any interest as to what to do and what not to do(especially the latter :D) (if you are not completely done with the whole thing already)

It will be nice to know a few great neighbors already when I arrive. @KPX: Wiener dogs can live long. but I am happy with my old dog. I didn't avoid him just cause he's old. 	4:01pm JakeGould: Hey Suzy! If this is any commiseration, I lived for 13-ish years on Atlantic Avenue (down the block from Hank’s Saloon) and my landlords were jerks. I lived on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building and the roof drain would always get clogged up with leaves and crap. So I climbed up the fire escape to the roof all of the time to unclog it — so water wouldn’t come through my ceiling — and my landlord always chastised me about it. I grew up in Brooklyn. I am a city kid. Modern landlords don’t care. I’ll climb the roof to stop a lake of rainwater forming above my living room.
