	12:35pm G: I live in New Orleans. Went out of town last week for work stuff. Still staying 10 miles north of Natchez, MS, way north of the bad area, where Highway 61 splits from the Natchez Trace Parkway. Barely rained up here. But no electric or internet in New Orleans right now. All the main transmission towers into town blew over or something. Trying to figure out where to go tomorrow. We do want to get to the house and check it ASAP, but certainly not yet today. Day by day assessment. Today we are working online, so we have some open time tomorrow for whatever we can do, or have to do. I've been up working online since 5AM (it's currently 11 CDT).

Booked them herself -- called a NO venue where they often played, got the mgr's #, talked to the guy in charge of the group then (forget his name). It was a Saturday afternoon wedding, and the group had a Sat night gig already, so he was reluctant. But $1000 (1987 money) for 3 hours convinced him lol. Wedding was outside of Lafayette, capital of Acadiana, where she had grown up.

Still staying 10 miles north of Natchez, MS, way north of the bad area, where Highway 61 splits from the Natchez Trace Parkway. Barely rained up here. But no electric or internet in New Orleans right now. All the main transmission towers into town blew over or something. Trying to figure out where to go tomorrow. We do want to get to the house and check it ASAP, but certainly not yet today. Day by day assessment. Today we are working online, so we have some open time tomorrow for whatever we can do, or have to do. I've been up working online since 5AM (it's currently 11 CDT).
