You know, we are capable of doing the playlist. <"Pretty Belinda" is a song written and recorded by Chris Andrews, which he released as a single in July 1969.> So, now we know.
When people were doing sea shanteys last year, I found out that my ancestors were on an island off Canada and sailors! So many sad stories at ancestry.com of sailors being lost at sea. This guy sounds like Alan Rickman.
Diesel exhaust, black tobacco, coffee, butter.. smells in Paris.

Miss G:
*L* chresti smells of butter. I had one day in Paris on a layover, and I ate a ham sandwich which made my face turn bright red and on the train to the airport no one would sit by me.
Have been to Paris over a dozen times since 86. Pro tip: The outer arrondissements are often more interesting and 'Parisian' to walk through than the central areas tat are continually overrun by tourists.
Hi Miss G, yikes, (hmmm red face to ensure personal space)
6:50pm
Andrea Egert:
Happy Friday, Stashu and Stanley-philes! In Septembre 2019 I had a cup of the in a Parisian cafe called Le Cafe Livres, where I sipped and read "Cedric, Papa a de la Classe" - it was during my last pre-pandemic trip abroad...
Thanks, Stashu on the road!
Bring your dancing shoes to work, chresti. If you spot a Stanley by the tennis courts, it could be her.
6:57pm
Miss G:
What a fun show, thank you DJ Stashu and the hard-working listeners! Right before the show began, I found out that my fellow-soul-mate to someone (poly-soul-amory?) had known a fellow who is being remembered now at WFMU. So to honor those who brought humor into the Universe I played a song I heard on this show: The Eggnyet Twins "Blue Bell Knollka" and danced wildly. Thanks to the Stanley Dancers. 💜
