	1:49pm ChukAmok: ChukAmok's grilled cheese recipe: Using two slices of Udi's gluten-free bread (it just cooks better, IMO) spread garlic & basil pesto (homemade or store bought is fine) on one side, and two slices of pepper jack cheese on the other. Heat 1tbsp. of EVOO in a non-stick pan over medium heat and once it's warmed to a thinner texture add both slices of bread adjacent to each other in the pan. Once the cheese has softened flip that slice of bread on top of the bread with the pesto. Flip frequently until both sides are brown and crispy. Remove from pan onto cutting board and splash with Worcestershire sauce, cut diagonally and enjoy immediately!

	1:49pm ChukAmok: ChukAmok's grilled cheese recipe: Using two slices of Udi's gluten-free bread (it just cooks better, IMO) spread garlic & basil pesto (homemade or store bought is fine) on one side, and two slices of pepper jack cheese on the other. Heat 1tbsp. of EVOO in a non-stick pan over medium heat and once it's warmed to a thinner texture add both slices of bread adjacent to each other in the pan. Once the cheese has softened flip that slice of bread on top of the bread with the pesto. Flip frequently until both sides are brown and crispy. Remove from pan onto cutting board and splash with Worcestershire sauce, cut diagonally and enjoy immediately!
