The show was great, Julie, but in retrospect scary. We seem to have picked up COVID when exposed the night before at another show in BK. We're OK. Uncomfortable and unhappy.

Julie, social distancing for nearly two years did something to me too. To everyone, for sure.
After 16 months of homeschooling due to health issues, I have successfully avoided having to go to the school building. Today I had an appointment with the caretaker. I tried to get him at a quieter time. he was late. I hit the full school break. A flock of school kids immersed me. I nearly freaked out.

Now, some nitpicking: "Something Must Break" was apparently in raw-ish state, so surviving Joy Division members had to do overdubs etc. in order that song to be released on "Still". Must have been eerie, what with Ian Curtis' death (less than?) two years away.

A suggestion for your turntable Julie: the mono reissue of From Genesis To Revelation (unless you have it already). I finally got it, can't say if having a mono mix of that is absolutely essential as I haven't A/B'd it with the stereo one or anything - life is short - but let's say it sounds mighty fine and I'm glad there's an affordable reissue. (yes the original mono will rob you of a four figure sum of money, if I remember correctly)

Kate Bush has her albums, b-sides + lots of rarities. Three hours of Kate is not a bad idea. I mean,a wfmu three hour slot was once dedicated to Bob Dylan's 18 minute track played 10 times or so. The name of the track escapes me let alone the show's name,

There's a superb museum in Split in Croatia which has thousands of frogs posed into dioramas like 'A Tea Party', 'Sports Day', 'At the Bank' and so on. It's an absolute hoot.

Split in Croatia sounds like a band name

Wonder if there's a word for that kinda scenario taxidermy...
Only problem with 'Take On Me' is overexposure. ...Well - it leans pretty heavy on that phrase...

Fairly well stocked on whisky, rye, rum, gin, and weird cordials and liqueurs. Just not really feeling the urge, which is NOT typical!
