	5:34pm djnogoodnick: @fredr For a long time I thought stuff like Weather Report and Chick Corea were what "fusion" sounded like, and the nerd jammy-ness of it actually kept me from investigating more in the genre. Now I've grown to like them.

	5:40pm djnogoodnick: When I checked the playlist, the first two thirds of the show were all from 1976, which was unintended, but it is about right. I wasn't born yet, but I've read descriptions of the bicentennial that referred to it as a particularly hot summer.
