yfp: I agree with Handy, skunk smell is really OK unless its full-strength. A lot of smells are like that. Skatole (an indole compound) is responsible for the smell of feces - but at lower concentration, it's present in jasmine and orange blossoms and we think it smells nice.

That GIF with the racoon takes me back. Their was a family a couple blocks away that had a racoon. It would get under an old Willy's they had parked in the driveway and hang off the drive train. Someone would try and get it off by poking it with a broom. It would hang on for dear life. It was the best show in town! The whole neighborhood would gather to watch the show.

We have a family game when driving. Find the zebra. It’s a game that doesn’t allow for too many jackpots but when it does happen it’s exciting! Sometime you’ll find one on a side of a Uhaul truck (those animal illustrations) or on a billboard for a zoo. Whoever spots the zebra first wins 2 bucks.

Not a driving game, but recently saw an awesome mom do the best doctors-office-waiting-room game with her two young kids and the piles of old magazines — she’d come up with something like a specific animal or colour car or what have you, and the first one to find it in a magazine got a quarter. [repeat.] it kept them engaged and quiet for the overlong wait there
