Since my father passed away recently I have been dealing with a series of financial as well as emotional hardships which has caused me to go into a Depression Spiral. I am trying to be open and public about my situation in hopes that it will help me overcome this sooner rather than later. Thank you everyone for all of your messages and stories. I feel so much less alone and I am slowly digging my way out of this and I know I will come out a stronger person on the other side. Please know that you are amazing and you are making a massive difference in my life.
Godzilla Resurgence (the album dedicated to my father) is now available on all streaming services. You can support just by listening. Thank you everyone for all your messages of encouragement. It means a great deal to me as I am working to dig myself out of this mess. I really appreciate it. β€οΈ
As I was growing up my father would always tell me "There is no free lunch" However every time someone was in need he would be the first one to lend a hand and his wallet. I think it was because growing up without a father himself and escaping to Taiwan during the Communist revolution caused him so much hardship that he could not turn his back on someone in need. One of his favorite things to do as he got older was having lunch with me. He really loved noodles. When COVID hit we had to stop having lunch all together. He was really looking forward to starting this tradition back up after restrictions were lifted but unfortunately he passed away just before this happened. This is one of the things I miss the most and this is why I always make all my music available for free to anyone who wants it. He would have wanted it that way. β€οΈ" - Mochipet
