	2:38am TonyR: I think the econmics of hospitality (hotelling, restauranting) have fundamentally changed. People with experience don't want that kind of crazy instability built in. You could always count on a number of shutdowns and lockouts once or twice in your career, but COVID was like a nuclear bomb.
	2:38am BH: Air Conditioning update: not sure if having the AC blowing at 1:30 is actually necessary (idk why it blows when it does), but it does feel good to be in a direct path of a vent
