91.1 sounds fine here in Sunset Park, not getting any of that WSHU (?) bullshit here. In the past I’ve noticed that’s occasionally been a problem on the East Side of Manhattan and in parts of Queens. Probably gets worse in certain atmospheric conditions, I guess...?

What is it with the gov dicking over radio just after it proves itself?! If EVER there was a time that WFMU was needed and rose to the occasion, it's been during the pandemic.

Got a Motorola One phone. It's my third Motorola.

BTW-It was not the governor's office, but the City of Jersey City that made that challenge. Thank goodness they saw the light of day.

@Krys@2:09, sounded complicated since Ken said yesterday that the tax office was a state office even though it was the JC office. Doesn't sound like anybody understood that. I sure didn't.

Masking after vaccination is illogical and spreads the *wrong* message. Keeping your mask on when already vaccinated implies that the vaccines don't work and life won't go back to normal. Get vaccinated, wait 2 weeks, then take off the mask.

@snowweasel Wearing masks is not about sending a message. Wearing masks is primarily to protect other people from the wearer, and not protect the wearer itself. Vaccinated people can *still* catch and spread COVID to others, so we still need to wear masks until 70 to 90% of the population is vaccinated.

@snowweasel, I can keep my mask on (inside) if I want to. It stops the flu and colds. Japan had already nearly wiped out the flu with masks even before COVID.
