	👻 5:23pm John L: Todd, I don't know how much you read about what to drink and eat after a second shot, but drinking something with electrolytes, as well as a lot of water, works. Suggested foods include brown rice, potatoes, salmon, various fresh whole foods. No spicy foods for a few days. I had my second shot on Weds and followed this. And some some exercise of the arm, too. Everyone reacts differently, I know, but the only after effects I had were a sore arm and minor fatigue.

Everyone was masked and I bought a bunch of great lps, not paying more than 3 bucks for any one:Hoodoo Gurus, The Move, Wizzard, Ben Vaughn, Bebop Deluxe, Willie Nile, Squeeze and more. There were pricier records that I had my eye on, but most of these titles hit that nostalgic sweet spot that has been growing since the pandemic hit.

	👻 5:23pm John L: Todd, I don't know how much you read about what to drink and eat after a second shot, but drinking something with electrolytes, as well as a lot of water, works. Suggested foods include brown rice, potatoes, salmon, various fresh whole foods. No spicy foods for a few days. I had my second shot on Weds and followed this. And some some exercise of the arm, too. Everyone reacts differently, I know, but the only after effects I had were a sore arm and minor fatigue.

Everyone was masked and I bought a bunch of great lps, not paying more than 3 bucks for any one:Hoodoo Gurus, The Move, Wizzard, Ben Vaughn, Bebop Deluxe, Willie Nile, Squeeze and more. There were pricier records that I had my eye on, but most of these titles hit that nostalgic sweet spot that has been growing since the pandemic hit.
