	7:42am LCBD: Yes queems, they're great. I walked for about 90 minutes this morning and felt the difference. They're well padded and good shock absorbers (my knees are creaky.) I hated spending $130 for a pair of walking shoes but felt it was a good investment.

Certainly not my idea of a fun time, but I'm proud to have performed my "duty." Certainly not my idea of a fun time, but I'm proud to have performed my "duty." I came home in one piece, unlike the 58,000 soldiers who died there and the many more who returned disabled, either physically or mentally. And we all know that President Carter eventually granted amnesty to all those young men who fled overseas to avoid the draft. Looking forward to Michael Shelley's interview with Keith on Saturday. Should be enlightening.
