The key to not letting it get worse: hydration. Stock up on coconut water if possible, anything with lots of potassium. Helps with muscle cramps and aches. Good luck with yr vaccine

Eric, go to a medical or state clinic for it, and ask to wait the 30 minutes. You can ask to wait for the 30 so they can observe you. I'm just going to the local drug store because it was super close . Moderna wasn't my choice, but it's what they have. We'll grab some coconut water, we usually have it but are out.

Eric, you can often choose when you use your state vaccine search. See what is available and where you can get an appointment. I could have waited and chosen to find a place with Pfizer, but I took what I could get to.
