	7:12pm ashley morey: Justin and I made a New Years resolution to get a morning walk or run in every morning before work. It was a hard routine to start but definitely helps my mood and sanity to get the vitamin D in and blood flowing to start the day!

I still have to wait a couple weeks before I'm fully "protected" after my shot for family and friend face time..
