(...maybe more to the point *here* - Anti Giant Tech Monopoly)
- has no relation to the entire long history of Left - Right Politics seems inaccurate (I won't say disingenuous).
To say Techtonic is ahead the curve - & an invaluable source of keeping the focus specifically on Tech (& - without being beholden to ANY Corporation!!!) - 1000% !
Robert Reich addresses the Monopolies from an Economic Justice motivation... Harry Shearer touches on it occasionally... On The Media on NPR sometimes does... There's the EFF...

and I was using Firefox for a while. Safari has some problems but I dunno about privacy. I'm noticing more and more cookies prompts these days.
I'm trying to use DuckDuckGo for searches and only in a non-Chrome browser.
Perfect paranoia is perfect awareness, as the saying goes.

And, for the historical record, I have made other friends though these boards, and many of them joined together to send a bunch of food to the station this weekend, and I know this is a tech show and I'm supposed to be world weary and jaded as an NYC poseur, but I'm just gonna say it: WFMU is magic. It's magic. And you don't even have to believe in it. The spell is cast.

Earlier on - I found the Program often too dense to keep up - Technically. I think Mark has gotten better as a Presenter this way. Einstein is quoted as saying things shouldn't be explained as more complex then they need to be - but no simpler than they really are... But a major issue is the Dehumanization of all Values - Economically & with BigTech. So to the extent this Program bridges this chasm it succeeds for me personally anyhow...
