i think Carmichael's right about the spots. the ocelot has o-spots (ocelot spots), and the assalot has g-spots, which also act as o-spots but that's something entirely different than the o-spots of ocelots. the assalot may be wearing a faux fur adornment with faux o-spots, so the surest way to determine if it's an assalot is by checking for the g-spot.
of course this can be very risky if it's in fact an ocelot.

@garlic lover... without going into it too much. I would say be very carful of were you get your garlic planting cloves / seed. many are now contaminated with nematodes. What region are you in and how do you plant? Example in pots or open soil?

Daiya is the only fake cheese I've found tolerable because the coconut oil adds a nice flavor. Still, nothing melts like real cheese.
