	8:06am upstatesean: One of my friends lived right above that Indian restaurant on 2nd Ave called Panna II, a tiny space with tons of Christmas lights year round, always blaring good music, and going very late every night. It was insane to live right above. The waiters had to help him get through people so he could get to the door. At least they were very nice, and gave him lots of free food.
