Our local neighborhood association had a Zoom meeting with a dr. last night to discuss the vaccine and he recommended taking some Advil or something beforehand to prevent muscle pain in your arm. He also said that he did some light weight lifting (cans of food) later in the day of his vaccine to stretch the muscles. Not sure if any of that is helpful to you but I'm happy for you!

	8:13am Daybreak & the 1st VACCINE 💉: I was so excited that I was essentially babbling as I came out of the vaccination center,. Now, if you’ve met me that is not actually a side effect that is my natural state of being, but I definitely had someone ask how it was and began describing the sign in procedure in highly unnecessary detail because there was a whole bunch of people cute up to get in. One finally got frustrated and said: No, did it hurt? I stopped babbling, blinked, and said: Oh, that? It didn’t hurt at all.
	8:14am YETI BOB: a while back i wrote some expository math articles that were well-recieved. 10 years later WP control freaks decided they were special cases of general theorems that were already covered, and deleted them. But the general theorems are harder to understand without examples and exposition! So I don't contribute much to WP anymore, except making the odd correction here and there

He also said that he did some light weight lifting (cans of food) later in the day of his vaccine to stretch the muscles. Not sure if any of that is helpful to you but I'm happy for you!
