she was no stereotypical doctor. she turned me on to a lot of great music and went to live shows at least twice/week. had 10 different colored fingernails and wore old ramones tshirts under her smocks!

...yeah she was cool Scott. made me lots of nicely decorated mixtapes with titles like "stuff to make you hate the beatles" and "play it LOUD, honeybun!" (not that i agreed with her pretentious and ignorance-based hatred for the beatles)
she had one big issue, which is that she was extremely smart in her field. as smart as they come i think; but didn't acknowledge that that didn't extend to her understanding of human beings. so when there was a disagreement she got very arrogant about it like it's absurd of me to even consider that she could be wrong.
so it only took a few of what should've been insignificant disagreements for the end to loom.
we stayed friends for a while though.
