I’m in my 11th year in a home built in 1920, but I suppose it is different when the occupant is the owner, even when it passes from one to the other.
Where are you located currently?

The previous owner of my home (homeownership is weird) Karen did likely die in the house, poor woman, but she planted such lovely scheduled perennial gardens all over the yard that those are the only thing that haunts us...
with loveliness.

I don’t usually make TV recommendations,
BUT
I cannot more strongly recommend the show Ted Lasso than anything I’ve seen in the last several years.
If you have bought an Apple device in the last two years you probably got a free subscription and said to yourself what is this hot garbage there’s nothing really good on here to watch.
However, this show is 10 1/2 hour episodes so far and it is a tour de force, masquerading as a silly fish out of water comedy.
It reminds me of one of the favorite things I’ve seen great writers do over the years, take the stupidest, most inconsequential idea or scenario and pour love into the characterization and you will have something magical on your hands

Karen must have been a lovely woman. It's nice that her spirit lives on through her passion for gardening.

Given that they have extended my wife’s free trial three times so far, without her asking, the most recent was supposed to expire in early February, then they sent an email please keep enjoying the trial until July 31... I think it may end up being one of the more affordable streaming services out there.
But everybody has a different idea of affordable and we don’t often think of 10 1/2 hour shows as being worth 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or $10 or whatever dollars is worth it just because of the context.
However, so many people just jump in and out of the streaming services to watch what they want for a small amount of time. If you are nimble it is a good way to enjoy a lot of good media without getting bogged down as you would in a traditional cable situation.

It is a weird service. They offer too let you watch stuff on other services. Trying to make themselves a one stop for all your subscriptions?
Ted Lasso was one of their originals, so you prob need a month subscription.
